Take Adam, for instance. He was diagnosed with tongue cancer at age 61 and plunged into a world of unexpected anguish and uncertainty. His life became consumed with medical appointments, surgery, and radiation. Adam’s outlook shifted dramatically from retirement plans to the daunting tasks of relearning how to swallow and speak.
But when Adam joined Wellspring, he found renewed hope and a community that understood his journey.

- The number of individuals served through Wellspring Alberta programs at Edmonton House has surged by 56% over the last 3 months!
- We have been able to enlist 22 new Program Leaders across Alberta, allowing us to introduce new programs and support more people.
- Initiating monthly in-person programs in Red Deer and Lethbridge marks the beginning of our mission to expand these services to Grande Prairie and Medicine Hat.
